Our interior, starting with the floor, a warm mosaic of oak, moving on to the Terra-cota colored walls and the impressive ceiling art, was all created by France's finest artisans. It gives a warm feeling that resembles an antique French mansion.
Noguchi had trained in top restaurants in the outskirts of Tours and Amboise, France. In 2005 he joined Benoit, a bistro produced by Alain Ducasse, and served as a sous-chef until becoming the chef in April 2011. He showcases his years of experience in culinary artistry to our guests through a variety of unforgettable bistro dishes.
