- If you late for more than 30 minutes we will cancel your reservation and cancellation fee will be applied.
- Contact us directly by phone if you have allergy to alcohol or seasonings. Please note that we might not be able to meet your requirements.
- Children the age of 10 years and under are not allowed in Ginza Iwa.
- Please note that we might be unable to meet needs of children with allergies. Please let us know in advance if your child has any dietary restrictions otherwise we hold the right to cancel your reservation.
- Please refrain from bringing suitcase into the restaurant.
- Please not there is no elevator in the store.
- Call us directly if you would like to make reservation for Sunday or holiday for the time other than 12pm

A debit card is a card that is linked to your checking account and it will take the money directly out of your account. When you use your debit card, the merchant will place a hold on your account for the amount of money of your transaction. The merchant will refund the money after your visit but please note that there may be a delay between the time we complete the refund process and the time the refund amount is actually sent. Should you require further information please contact your bank directly.

Frage 1 Erf

We keep your credit card info only for cancellation. Please pay at the restaurant.

Cancellation fee ¥8,640/person for lunch and ¥27,000/person for dinner reservation will be applied in case if cancellation or change in number of people made up to 5 days prior of the booking. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
*Please note that new cancellation fee ¥10,800/person will be applied to the lunch reservations after Jan 1, 2019.

・If your party does not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time, the reservation will automatically be cancelled, and the cancellation fee will charged.
