【About Reservations】
●We will collect your credit card information at the time of reservation in order to confirm your information, but the actual payment will be made at the restaurant on the day of your visit.
●We do not recommend the use of debit cards or prepaid cards to prevent problems. Please consider using a credit card.
●Last minute (same day or next day) reservations can only be made by phone.For reservations of 7 or more persons, please contact the restaurant directly.
●Please note that we may not be able to meet your seating request. Please understand in advance.

【Serving Information】
●Children under 10 years old can be served a children's meal (5,500 yen). Please let us know the quantity and age of your child.Please include the number of adults in your reservation for children who will be eating adult meals.
●Bamboo shoots (spring), pike conger (summer), and suppon (year-round) are available upon request. Please indicate your request in the request box when making a reservation.

【Cancellation Policy】
●Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee, regardless of the reason (including new coronavirus, influenza infection, etc.).
The only exception to this is in the event that you are physically unable to come to the restaurant due to a transportation system shutdown such as a typhoon or earthquake, in which case the cancellation fee will be waived upon presentation of proof (proof of transportation system delay, etc.).
●If you miss your appointment by more than 30 minutes, we will cancel your reservation. In that case, 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
●If the telephone number or e-mail address provided at the time of reservation is incomplete, the reservation may be cancelled. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number and e-mail address.

【About the course price】
●Due to fluctuations in the price of crab, the price you pay on the day of your reservation may be higher than the course price at the time of your reservation. Please make your reservation with your understanding and consent.
