<About Reservations>
● When making a reservation, please select one afternoon tea, course, or set menu per person.
● We do not allow preschool children to visit our restaurant.

Please make a reservation for one child in elementary school or older.

● Please note that we cannot accommodate allergies.

● Menu items may change depending on the season and availability.

● Reservations are limited to 90 minutes and start simultaneously, so please arrive on time.

● If we are unable to contact you within 10 minutes of your reservation time, your reservation will be canceled. Please be sure to contact the restaurant if you are late for your reservation.

● Due to system limitations, reservations close at 9:00 AM on the day of your reservation or two days prior. If you would like to make a reservation the day before, please contact the restaurant for assistance.

● For cancellations or changes, the following cancellation fees will be charged, calculated from the date and time of your visit.
If you cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival time, 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.

●We require you to register your credit card information when you make a reservation. However, we will only charge the cancellation fee if your reservation violates our cancellation policy. Please pay for your food and drink at the restaurant on the day.

●We accept reservations for the following month from 10:00 AM on the 1st of each month.
*For January 2026, we will accept reservations for February from 10:00 AM on the 2nd.
