<About reservations> ●When making a reservation, please select one afternoon tea, course or set menu per person. ●We do not allow preschool children to visit our restaurant. Please make a reservation for one child of elementary school age or older. ●Please note that we cannot accommodate allergies. ●The menu may change depending on the season and the availability of ingredients. ●The time limit is 90 minutes, and all meals start at the same time, so please be on time. ●If we are unable to contact you 10 minutes after your reservation time, we will have no choice but to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact the restaurant if you are late for your reservation. ●Due to system reasons, reservations are closed at 9:00 two days before the reservation date. If you would like to make a reservation the day before, please contact the restaurant and discuss the matter. ●For cancellations and changes, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows, calculated from the date and time of your visit. 48 hours before your visit: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged. ●We ask you to register your credit card information when you make a reservation, but we will only charge you a cancellation fee if you violate the cancellation policy, so please pay for your food and drink on the day at the restaurant. ●Store contact number: 050-1809-0420 ●Business hours: 11:00-19:00 ●We start accepting reservations for the following month at 10am on the 1st of each month.
