Reservation Rules
●When it is busy, there may be a short wait time. Thank you for your understanding.
●Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request for a specific seat.
●The seating time is 30 minutes.
●Please make sure to purchase tickets for everyone who will be coming. If the number of people purchased is different from the number of people coming, we will not be able to accommodate everyone.
●Additional orders are not possible.
●If you are more than 5 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation may be canceled. Please do not be late.
●There will be no extension of time even if you are late.
Please include children in the number of people in your reservation.
We cannot change reservations over the phone.

Reservation Fees
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or the date and time after a reservation has been completed for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
If there is a change in the date, time, or number of people, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you cancel and purchase again.
In this case, we will not be able to offer refunds.
