Reservation Rules
●There may be a short wait during busy times. Please understand in advance.
●We may not be able to accommodate your seating requests. Please understand in advance.
●The maximum stay time at your table is 30 minutes.
●Please be sure to purchase tickets for everyone in your party. If the number of people purchased does not match the number of people attending, we will not be able to seat everyone.
●Additional orders are not possible.
●If you are more than 5 minutes late for your reservation, your reservation may be cancelled. Please be sure to arrive on time.
●Even if you are late, we will not extend your reservation time.
Please include children in your reservation count.
We cannot accommodate reservation changes by phone.

Regarding Reservation Fees
We cannot accept changes to the number of people or date/time after the reservation is completed, for any reason. Please be sure to check before confirming your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you need to change the date/time or number of people, we apologize, but please cancel your reservation and purchase again.

In that case, no refunds will be provided.
*The handling fee does not include the cost of meals. Meal costs will be charged separately on the day.
