Chef Ian Tozer received his training in America and later worked with numerous successful restaurants in Japan. Enjoy Tozer's simple yet powerful dishes, including the slowly roasted rotisserie chicken and the Midtown exclusive red wine burger. Other dishes include oysters and a selection of other kinds of fresh seafood, as well as meat dishes such as charcoal grilled a rib eye steak.
We have a big selection of North American wine from California, Washington, Oregon and more, as well as from other parts of the world, such as New Zealand. We offer bottles of wine as well as wine served in glasses and carafes.
