Our menu changes daily. We use seasonal vegetables from Miura, and fish sourced from fishing ports in Miura and Kaneda Bay. For meat, we offer the rare "Yamagata Village Tankaku Beef" from Kuji City, Iwate Prefecture, which we source after maintaining close relationships with the producers. You can enjoy sirloin and tenderloin as our main cuts.
