Dominique Bouchet wanted to create a restaurant where diners can feel like they are inviting friends to their own home. A place for families to create the greatest memories. The homey layout is well thought out to include plenty of private dining space.
Course menus and à la carte choices for any guest's preference. Even more exciting is Chef Dominique's "reprint" of dishes created during his time at "Tour de Darjan" and "Hotel de Crillon". Every dish and every plate is "Heritage Gastronomique" at Dominque Bouchet Tokyo.
Champagne adds even more color to the canvas of a great meal. Chef Dominique blends his own champagne from four different varieties. In the center of the restaurant sits the stone wine cave, a truly special space to enjoy an aperitif or a meal. The piece d'resistance is a private dining space with its own mini-kitchen, allowing diners to entertain guests in their very own French appartement.
