The restaurant is branded after the world renowned chef Bernard Loiseau who led French cuisine to the 21st century. As a homage to Loiseau, we combine the Japanese appreciation of nature and the delicate cultural aesthetics with the grandeur of the French kitchen.
Hiroshi Yamaguchi is the former chef of the world famous 3-star restaurant La Côte d'Or in Kobe. Yamaguchi still returns to La Côte d'Or (Le Relais Bernard Loiseau) in France once a year to continuously train and develop his skills. Yamaguchi was one of Bernard Loiseau's most trusted chefs and he continues to carry Loiseau's legacy forward.
