The 2 chefs, husband and wife, brought back their studies of pasta making in Emilia, presenting it here in a la carte form. Their dishes all made from rich ingredients, ranging from local produce to white/ black truffles from abroad give you a taste of traditional Emilian cuisine. Home-made bread is also one of their popular delights.
One of their specialities is their bar seating. Traditional tapas dishes from their dinner a la carte menu is only provided at the bar for earlier hours. You will also get a dynamic view of the chefs preparing the dishes. Another speciality is their selection in ingredients. Dishes sprinkled with white truffles is highly demanded here.
