From Tuscany, Piedmont to Milan, chef Kurimoto trained at Italy's finest including at a 2-star restaurant before returning to Japan in 2001 as the opening chef of Restaurant Faro. In 2016, Kurimoto became the executive chef of Enoteca Norio. His aim is to create excellent food from the best hand-picked ingredients.
We source both the best ingredients from Japan as well as from Italy including our olive oil, prosciutto, parmigiano-reggiano cheese as well as a variety of Italian wines straight from the wineries. We also have a selection of wine from Japan, Spain and France.
