Changing seasons reflected in modern Japanese cuisine

The rooftop Japanese garden at Waraku brings the changing of the four seasons to your table, as you enjoy a leisurly meal while mallards alight in the pond. As the seasons change in the garden, they are reflected on the table in front of you as the chefs adapt the menu to the time of year.

Tradition meets modern with seasonal ingredients

For lunch traditional Japanese dishes are accented with modern takes on populare fare along with a variety of health concious choices. After-meal tea time is also popular. Dinner brings a wide variety of standards like Hokkaido black wagyu shabu-shabu, stunning tempura platters featuring king crab and hand rolled Waraku sushi plates.

Equally suited for family gatherings or business meals

Private dining for up to 8 guests is available at Wataku. The staff are ready to consult with you to help make your occasion a success. For particularly auspicious events, whole baked sea bream or celebration sushi platters can also be prepared. The venue is also available for exclusive use for weeddings receptions or similar parties.
