Chef Hiroyuki Murata's Kaiseki uses the highest ranked A5 black Wagyu beef, fresh seafood, high quality pork and chicken and the season's vegetables. We source our ingredients carefully down to soy milk. You'll enjoy our drink menu if you're a fan of Japanese spirits.

Take no An's three guarantees

We offer 3 guarantees 1. Our fish is from Tsukiji Market, our beef is certified Wagyu, the pork is either Iberian or Iwate Iwanaka, our chicken is from Koshu and the vegetables are organic. 2. Our cuisine is strictly hand-made by our chef. 3. We have over 100 different sake and shochu and over 20 umeshu (plum wine).
