Ningyocho IMAHAN main restaurant has a tea-ceremony room interior with a traditional Japanese downtown ambience. We have seats at the Teppanyaki counter on the 1st floor and Japanese style seats for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu on the 2nd floor. Our restaurant has a variety of seating: counter seats, private rooms for 2 to 8 guests, and table seats for up to 24 guests.
We are very careful when it comes to the quality of our meat. We'll never compromise on its appearance, juiciness and fat distribution. We use techniques we have been developing since our establishment in 1975 to serve high quality meat that melts in your mouth. We are famous for our Teppanyaki and shabu-shabu, but our most popular dish is our sukiyaki, made with our secret recipe sukiyaki stock.
Our passion is to serve beautifully arranged seasonal dishes, using the best ingredients from all over Japan. We make sure all of our ingredients are safe, top quality ones. We also offer a selection of drinks, including sake, shochu and wine.
