For the pasta course, guests will enjoy house-made tagliatelle served in a richly flavored Puttanesca-style sauce. The main dish features Rossini, one of the most iconic French culinary classics, prepared with Australian beef and enhanced by the luxurious aromas of foie gras and truffle.
The course concludes with a “Strawberry and Pistachio Heart-Shaped Mousse,” a dessert perfectly suited for a romantic Valentine’s Day dinner.
