Roast Noto Beef Hitsumabushi
The moment you open the lid, the air fills with the appetizing aroma of roast beef. Our roast beef is made with carefully selected Wagyu beef, marinated in a special sauce before slowly cooking it at a low temperature, to ensure a rich beef flavor. To eat, we recommend starting with just the beef and rice. Next, try it along with the fluffy “meringue” egg, then with the flavorful sides for additional variety.
