We use locally grown Shinshu ingredients, such as Shinshu premium beef and seasonal vegetables grown in the highland climate. You can enjoy the liveliness of teppanyaki and a variety of dishes, mainly French cuisine, in a ""bistronomy"" style. We offer course meals that can only be tasted in this area, as well as a la carte dishes that can be enjoyed casually with wine.
