As you enter our basement door in the Sukiyabashi area of Ginza, you'll be surprised to find such a welcoming space. Our design is done in a calm white and brown tone with brick pillars which add to our cozy atmosphere.
Chef Dominique Bouchet has a long history with some of the world's finest restaurants. His creativity is not only a result of his skill but also of years of experience, whether French casseroles or rice-based dishes. Even when trying his dishes for the first time, many people feel the sweet sense of nostalgia in every meal: a dreamy feeling which attracts many fans around the world.
Our walls are adorned with the works of Pierre Marie Brisson, a renowned artist and friend of the chef. Monsieur Brisson began his career at 19 years of age. Using surrealist Grattage and Collage techniques, Brisson's art pairs well with the nuances and textures of Chef Dominique Bouchet's cuisine.
