Located in Imaike, Nagoya, our restaurant carefully bakes traditional Neapolitan pizza one by one in a stone oven that is heated to over 500 degrees. We use flour from Caputo, Italy, beer yeast, and carefully selected salt to achieve a fluffy and chewy texture. We deliver a fragrant dish made with Naples' No. 1 mozzarella and Puglia tomato sauce.
