Owner Keisuke Kuroda

Kuroda moved to Italy in 1989 and in 1991 trained under the renowned Giorgio Pinchiorri at his Enoteca Pinchiorri in Florence. The name of the restaurant, Kurodino, is a playful nickname Kuroda was given back then. After years of training as a chef-sommelier certified by the Associazione Della Sommellerie Professionale Italiana in 2009, he opened Kurodino in 2011.

Chef Kouichi Maruyama

Having finished culinary school in France, Maruyama went on to join Enoteca Pinchiorri Tokyo in 1995. In 2000, he spent 7 month as the pâtissier of the Florence location and served as Tokyo's branch sous-chef for 5 years. Now you have the chance to try his unique Italian cuisine where you can taste the genuine flavor of each ingredient!
