● Please arrive 5 minutes early. A staff member will come to explain the process. Please note that there is no waiting area, and you must line up outside before entering.
● If you are waiting in front of the restaurant, please line up in front of the restaurant without stepping onto the roadway.
● If you are late, please read the orange QR code (instructions) before knocking on the door. Please do not open the door without permission.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage to clothing or personal belongings that occur during interactions with animals at our store.
We will not allow customers to visit our store after interacting with animals at an animal cafe, pet shop, etc. If you have a pet, please wear clothes that do not smell like your pet, as much as possible.
