● Each seat is limited to 50 minutes (subject to availability).
If you arrive late, your seating time will be shortened. Thank you for your understanding.
● Please arrive 5 minutes early. A staff member will come to explain the process. Please note that there is no waiting area, and you must line up outside before entering.
● If you are waiting in front of the restaurant, please line up in front of the restaurant without stepping onto the roadway.
● If you are late, please read the orange QR code (instructions) before knocking on the door. Please do not open the door without permission.

Reservations for 6 people will automatically be considered a private booking.

We cannot be held responsible for any injuries or damage to clothing or personal belongings that occur during interactions at our store.
We will not allow customers to visit after interacting with animals at an animal cafe, pet shop, etc. on the same day. If you have a pet, please wear clothes that do not smell like your pet (dogs may get excited and bark or jump at each other, causing a nuisance to other customers).
