We would like to inform you that our business hours of est have been changed as follows.

Business hours Lunch Doors Open 12:00, until15:00 (Course LO 13:30)
Dinner Doors Open 18:00, until 22:00 (Course LO 20:00)
We are closed on Mondays.

Chef Guillaume Bracaval crafts contemporary French cuisine shaped by the Japanese terroir. With a newly acquired Michelin star, est is known for its eco-conscious approach to fine dining. By sourcing 95 percent of ingredients locally, the team supports independent farmers, fishermen and foragers across Japan.

■20 minutes after the reservation time, the table will be released
■Tables are allocated upon arrival and cannot be selected in advance.
