Sweet and tangy strawberries are layered with slowly simmered berry compote, tonka bean cream with its fragrant sweetness, and lychee jelly, creating a winter-only harmony. Lightly bitter oolong tea espuma adds a refined touch, while almond crumble provides a textural accent, making this parfait perfect for an elegant teatime.
