About ordering
- Please order one course per person. *Some courses may not be available for same-day ordering.
- We can accommodate allergies and ingredients you cannot eat. Please provide details in the request field.
- On the day of your visit, it may take a considerable amount of time from ordering to service. Please contact us as soon as your course choice is decided.
- All-you-can-drink is available for groups of 4 or more. When ordering, please select both the course and the all-you-can-drink menu.
About the number of guests
- Small children who will not be eating a course should be entered under “7 years and under.” Children who will eat a course should be included in the “Adults” count.
About children
- Children are welcome (infants, preschoolers, and elementary school children are accepted). A children’s menu is available.
- We can provide hot water for milk and children’s tableware.
- For baby food, children’s meal sets, or other children’s menu items, please reserve by the day before.
Cancellation fees
- Cancellations on the day of the reservation, including reductions in the number of guests, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- For reservations of seating only:
Reservation day (lunch): ¥2,000 (tax included) per person
Reservation day (dinner): ¥4,000 (tax included) per person
*If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
Reservations for 10 or more guests (20 or more during busy periods)
We require a “Reservation Confirmation” to be exchanged via CloudSign or fax. Please note that the reservation is confirmed only after the “Reservation Confirmation” has been completed. Our concierge will contact you separately.
The following cancellation fees apply for large-group reservations:
- 3 days before the reservation: 50% of the total amount
- 1 day before the reservation: 80% of the total amount
- On the day of the reservation: 100% of the total amount
*If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees will apply.
