【About ordering】
-Please order one course per person. Some courses may not be available for same-day orders.
-We can accommodate allergies and ingredients you dislike. Please provide details in the request

-On the day of your visit, it may take a considerable amount of time from ordering to serving. Please contact us as soon as you have decided on your course.
-All-you-can-drink is available for parties of four or more. When ordering, please select both a course and the all-you-can-drink option.
【About number of guests】
-Small children who will not eat a course should be entered under “7 years and under.”
-Children who will eat a course should be counted as adults.
【About children】
-Children are welcome, including infants, preschoolers, and elementary school children. A children’s menu is available.
-On weekday evenings, only children who will eat an adult course may enter.
-On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, we can provide a separate room for breastfeeding and diaper changes.
-Hot water for formula and children’s tableware are available.
-Baby food and children’s set meals are available by prior reservation.
【About payment】
-Cash is not accepted. Credit cards and electronic payments are accepted.
【Cancellation fees】
-Cancellations on the day, including reductions in party size, will be charged 100 percent.
-For reservations of seats only
Daytime on the day: ¥2,000 (tax included) per person
Night on the day: ¥4,000 (tax included) per person
Note: If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees still apply.
【For reservations of 10 or more guests】
-We require a signed “Reservation Confirmation” via CloudSign or fax. The reservation is confirmed once the Reservation Confirmation has been exchanged.
-Our concierge will contact you with further details.
【Cancellation fees for large groups】
-3 days before the reservation: 50 percent of the total amount
-1 day before the reservation: 80 percent of the total amount
-On the day of the reservation: 100 percent of the total amount
Note: If the number of guests is reduced on the day, the above cancellation fees still apply.
Note: In December, which is a busy season, some courses may not be available.
Note: In December only, cancellation fees are 30 percent two weeks before, 50 percent one week before, and 100 percent on the day of the reservation, including reductions in party size. Please contact us by phone for details.
