Cancellation Policy
The Imperial Lounge Aqua kindly requests that you review our cancellation policy below:
• Plan Reservations:
o 3 days to 1 day prior: 50% of the plan fee
o On the day of reservation: 100% of the plan fee
※ For private room reservations, cancellation fees will also apply to the private room fee in accordance with the policy above.
※ Please note that cancellation fees may be waived in the event of unavoidable circumstances, such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major public transportation disruptions.
※If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reserved time, we may have to cancel your reservation. Therefore, please be sure to contact us if you will be late.

※ For reservations in private rooms, a cancellation fee based on the above policy also applies to the private room charge.
※ In cases deemed unavoidable—such as typhoons, earthquakes, or major disruptions to public transportation—the cancellation fee will be waived.

▶ For reservations of 5 or more guests, please contact us by phone.
▶ After 18:00, children under 13 years of age may only use private rooms. To reserve a private room, please call us. Minors under 20 years of age are not permitted in the bar.
▶ According to hotel regulations, taking photographs in public areas of The Imperial Hotel without permission, as well as using such photos for commercial purposes, is prohibited. Even when permission is granted, please exercise caution to avoid capturing other guests’ images due to privacy concerns. When sharing photos or videos with third parties or posting them on social media, please blur or crop out any images of other guests.
▶ Currently, the cloakroom on the 17th floor is closed. Kindly use the cloakroom located in the main building’s lobby on the 1st floor instead.
