🎫 How your reservation is confirmed
Communication between overseas customers and branches will be made through the Online support desk. This applies to ALL requests sent via TableCheck.

Reservations are not immediately confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email after the availability is checked. Please allow 1~2 working days for the response. (Online support closed weekends & holidays, and after 5:00PM on weekdays.
Any inquiries outside the Online Support operation hours, will be attended during the next business day.

💳 Credit card validity check fee
A valid Credit card is required for reservation.
To verify the card's validity, a transaction of 200 JPY will be processed.
The validity check fee will not be charged if your visit is confirmed. It will be refunded by the credit card company later.
Separate from the fee, please pay the food and drink charges at the counter on the day.
Violations such as no-show, late arrival, sudden changes will result in fee being charged.
*DO NOT USE DEBIT/PREPAID CARDS.

*Refund may take time according to your card company.
*The fee CANNOT be used to offset food and drink charges.

📆 Schedule
Reservation can be made 10 to 90 days before the requested date. For periods outside this range, phone reservations are the only option.
Additionally, if you visit on a different date, this is treated as no-show. (The validity check fee will not be refunded.)

💬 Other notice
- Orders for adults required. (Full order including children required for the high season: December and Early January reservation.)
- Orders can be added after arrival but cannot be changed.
- Private rooms cannot be specified. (Private room not available for chair type seating.)
- Seating is limited up to 2 hours.
- There are many similar restaurants nearby. Please look for "札幌かに本家" large crab sign where the arms move.
- Lunch menu available until 3:00PM for weekends and holidays.
- Lunch menu NOT available Jan.1st ~ Jan.3rd

*Multiple orders of the hot pot will use one large hot pot and shared by 3~4 people (max).
This applies to hot pot courses, too.
*Wasabi (Horse radish) will be put aside. If you prefer to have Wasabi directly in your Sushi, please let us know.
*Regarding the Boiled crabs (whole), due to the current market and seasonal condition, they cannot be ordered beforehand. Please check with the staff after arrival for the available crabs. (The condition changes daily.)

The branch itself does not have promotions for celebrations.
If you would like to carry-in a cake, there are no extra fees required.

Deadline for requesting changes: Requests to change the reservation details are allowed up to 5 days (120 hours) before the scheduled date. Changes can only be made by using the contact email provided at the time of booking or by directly calling the branch. No other methods for requesting changes will be permitted.

Urgent changes: In case or urgency, contact the branch by phone. (Not through email.)

It is allowed to postpone/change time/change number of guests before the scheduled date. You cannot advance the schedule.

Please note that requested changes are not guaranteed to be approved. Changing the reservation without obtaining approval will result in penalties as an unauthorized cancellation.

If the payment fails, you will receive an email notifying you of the failure, including a copy of the application details. However, the reservation is not confirmed.
Even if you reload the failed reservation page, reprocessing the payment is not possible. It is not recommended, as credit card companies may suspend card usage.
*Error 42G970000 indicates a denial of service by the credit card company based on their assessment of your existing contract. Please contact your credit card company for further inquiries.

1. It is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to use the correct email address. If you realize you made a mistake, you are required to notify us of the correction through the contact form on our official website or other means.
2. If you do not correct the incorrect email address and fail to receive the confirmation notice, the reservation will still be considered a no-show if you do not show up.
3. If you attempt to unjustly avoid paying the no-show fee despite having performed a no-show, you may be refused future service and be subject to information disclosure to legal entities or litigation risks.
