【About Reservations】
● Reservations are accepted starting 60 days in advance.
● Reservations for the same day from 5:30 PM onwards are accepted by phone.
● To guests visiting from overseas: Please do not book a reservation for your first day in Japan, as this often leads to late arrivals.
● Please cancel your reservation at least 36 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellation fees will apply for cancellations made after this deadline or in the event of a no-show.
● We do not accept cancellations by phone. Please process the cancellation yourself via the website where you made the booking.
【Important Information】
● We do not allow children in the restaurant. Please note that entry will be refused even if you have a reservation.
● Punctuality is strictly required for our course meals. Service begins simultaneously for all guests; please refrain from booking if you cannot arrive on time.
● For guests visiting from overseas: Please do not book a reservation for your first day in Japan, as this often leads to delays or late arrivals.
● Even if you notify us of a delay, your reservation will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late. In such cases, a same-day cancellation fee equivalent to the full price of the course will be charged.
● Regarding seating: Groups of 3 or 4 guests may be seated at the counter depending on availability. Groups of 5 or more guests will be seated at the counter.
● Dinner service is available for parties of 2 or more guests.
【Cancellation Policy】
●Cancellation within 36 hours of the reserved date and time will be subject to the following cancellation fees regardless of the reason (including new coronavirus, influenza infection, etc.).
Cancellation up to 36 hours prior to the reserved date and time：100% of the course price
After 15 minutes of the reserved time：Service charge plus 10%
Cancellation without notice：100% of the course price including service charge
●If there are any errors in the phone number, email address, or credit card information you used when making a reservation, your reservation may be canceled. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number, email address, and credit card information.
●If you fail to show up for a reservation without notifying us, we may not be able to make any future reservations. We appreciate your understanding.
