■About reservations
・Reservations are accepted from two months in advance.
・Reservations on the day are accepted by phone.
・Please cancel your reservation at least 36 hours before the reservation date and time. If you cancel after that time or fail to come to the restaurant without contacting us, a cancellation fee will be charged.
・Reservations cannot be cancelled by phone. Please cancel your reservation yourself from the website where you made the reservation.

■About use
・We do not allow children to enter the restaurant. Please note that even if you make a reservation, you will not be able to enter the restaurant.
・All customers will start at the same time. If you cannot keep to the time, please refrain from making a reservation.
・Since the dinner hours of Ginza Katsukami and Ginza Katsukami 2 are different, please confirm your reservation time again before coming to the restaurant.
・Even if you inform us that you will be arriving late, your reservation will be canceled if it is 15 minutes past the reservation time. A cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee will be charged as a cancellation fee on the day.
・Dinner time is limited to 2 or more people.

■About cancellations
・If you cancel within 36 hours of the reservation date and time, regardless of the reason (including COVID-19, influenza infection, etc.), the following cancellation fee will be charged.

Cancellation up to 36 hours before the reservation date and time: 100% of the course price
Cancellation without permission: 100% of the course price including service charge

As an exception, we will waive the cancellation fee if you show proof (proof of delayed transportation, etc.) only in cases where public transportation is stopped due to natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes and you are physically unable to come to the store.
-If there is an error in the phone number or email address you provided when making the reservation, your reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to enter the correct phone number and email address.
-We may refuse future reservations from customers who do not come to the store without contacting us. Thank you for your understanding.
