■About reservations ・Reservations are accepted from two months in advance. ・Reservations for the day can be made by phone.・We do not accept cancellations over the phone. Please cancel your reservation yourself via the website you used to make the reservation.

■About use・All participants will start at the same time. If you cannot keep to the time, please refrain from making a reservation.・Please note that the dinner hours of Ginza Katsukami and Ginza Katsukami 2 are different, so please check your reservation time again before visiting.・Even if you notify us that you will be late, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your reservation time, we will charge you the regular rate plus a 10% service charge.・Dinner time is limited to 2 or more people. ・Children are not allowed. We ask for your understanding that even if you make a reservation, you will not be able to enter the restaurant.

■About cancellations・If you cancel within 36 hours of the reservation date and time, regardless of the reason (including COVID-19, influenza infection, etc.), we will charge you a cancellation fee of 100% of the course fee. If you cancel without permission, we will charge you the course fee including the service fee. As an exception, we will waive the cancellation fee if you provide proof (proof of transport delays, etc.) in the event that you are unable to physically come to the store due to a typhoon, earthquake, or other reason. ・If there is an error in the phone number or email address you provided when making the reservation, your reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to enter the correct phone number and email address. ・We may refuse future reservations from customers who fail to come to the store without contacting us.
