Message from Venue
When your party is 5 or more, please give us a call to reserve.
Every 15th of the month we start accepting reservations for next month on TableCheck. (Example: September’s reservations, starts from August 15th)
If you desire to make reservations earlier, please contact us via phone or email.

[ Cancellation Policy ]
For cancellations or any changes, please inform us 2 days in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the previous day of your reservation.
[ Private Parties ]
Monday through Wednesday, private parties are welcome from 4 to 10 guests. The minimum price is 180000 yen. Including the course menu and drinks. Please contact us for more details.

As the first spring winds begin to blow and gentle sunlight warms the air, a beautiful new season arrives.
Carrying on the soft fragrance of early spring, the first mountain vegetables — bamboo shoots, tara buds, and other seasonal delicacies — are gradually making their way to KOMB.
From the sea, halfbeak and shellfish are at their finest. Our hot pot combines an assortment of shellfish and wild mountain greens to create a rich broth. Natural umami will slowly unfold from the shells.
To conclude the meal, we will serve a special chirashi sushi inspired by Hinamatsuri.

We would be honored to share with you the moment when spring begins to bloom in our hearts.
This 10-course experience unfolds from seasonal appetizer to soup, grilled dishes, hot pot, and dessert.
We also offer a selection of sake, shochu, sours, and natural wines to accompany each dish.

The autumn is in the air and we admire the moon.
Chestnuts are harvested and wild mushrooms grow in the mountains. Under the sea, crabs and oysters will enrich their flavors even more. In October at KOMB, we grill and simmer wild mushrooms, including Matsutake and Kotake, to bring the best of seasonal flavors to you.
A course menu of 9 seasonal dishes including starters, soup, hotpot, and Kuri Donabe Rice with chestnuts from Obuse, Nagano. To accompany the great flavors of autumn, we will have varieties of natural wines, sake, shochu, and more.

彼のワインは、すっと綺麗でありつつ
作り手の表情が思い浮かぶ、あたたかいワインです。
Lingenfelder 本人の来日にちなんで、
KOMB初のワインペアリング会を10/23に開催します。
たくさんの秋の実りと山の幸をKOMBらしく和にしたて、
美味しいLingenfelder のワインと一緒に8品のコースをご用意します。
そして、Lingenfelder の輸入元であるKlein aber Wein代表のハルキさんを、
この会の案内人にとして迎えます。
親交が深い2人からワインのディープなことから楽しいお話まで、皆さんを秋の美味しい時間にご案内します。
店主が出張料理をしてた10年くらい前に、
ハルキさんと何度かペアリングの会をしたきっかけから、
今では、Klein aber WeinのワインをKOMBでは多く使っています。
人をワインの世界にグッと引き込むハルキさんのお話と、
Lingenfelder さんの生の声を聞きながら、
秋の夜長を一緒に味わいませんか。

Though the air still carries a deep chill, gentle sunlight quietly encourages the first signs of new life.
At KOMB we created a menu starring the gifts from the nutritious, cold ocean and harvests from the mountain bringing us notes of early spring.
Early-season Takenoko(bamboo shoots) from Kyushu are grilled over binchotan charcoal giving them a smoky aroma. Seafood is carefully grilled with soy sauce and mirin—the rising smoke also becomes part of the feast.
For the hot-pot, lamb from Obihiro with watercress. This soft and sweet lamb will transform your thoughts of lamb. The broth will warm you from the core and flow comfortably in your body.
To finish, wasabi rice is served with marinated yellowtail and tuna. Each bite invites one after another…
