Message from Venue
When your party is 5 or more, please give us a call to reserve.
*Every 15th of the month, reservations will be available for the following month.
As for May, we are open from Thursday through Saturday.

[ Cancellation Policy ]
For cancellations or any changes, please inform us 2 days in advance. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged from the previous day of your reservation.
[ Private Parties ]
Monday through Wednesday, private parties are welcome from 4 to 10 guests. The minimum price is 160000 yen. Including the course menu and drinks. Please contact us for more details.

In May, mountains are greener and there is peace in the ocean. Wild Sansai (mountain herbs) are delivered, packed full of flavor and energy.
The star of this month is iwashi (sardine).
Grilled or raw, we can savor the rich ocean from them. Although sardines are thought to be common fish, the best season to enjoy is a very short period of time. With extra care and effort, we aim to bring the most flavor out of them.
As for the finale, everyone's favorite “Unagi Rice”. Topped with Sansho pepper to feel the wind from the mountains.

Menu for April
Finally, Tsuji san’s Takenoko (Bamboo shoot) will come from Kyoto. Its juiciness, aroma, and pearl white color are nothing comparable.
With Hanasansho, a Japanese flower pepper, joining the season, my favorite month is here. The starring role for April is Takenoko Hanasansho Hot-Pot.
Accompanied by wild boar from Itoshima, Fukuoka. The sweetness of the bamboo shoot and citric sharpness of hanasansho get coated with the nutty fat of boar. Every bite will bring a pleasant joy to you.
The beginning of the course will be filled with sansai (mountain herbs) and seasonal seafood to enjoy the last shine of spring.

For the Donabe rice, we are having Takenoko rice topped with sakura shrimp tempura. The dessert will be Sakura Icecream Mochi.

The autumn is in the air and we admire the moon.
Chestnuts are harvested and wild mushrooms grow in the mountains. Under the sea, crabs and oysters will enrich their flavors even more. In October at KOMB, we grill and simmer wild mushrooms, including Matsutake and Kotake, to bring the best of seasonal flavors to you.
A course menu of 9 seasonal dishes including starters, soup, hotpot, and Kuri Donabe Rice with chestnuts from Obuse, Nagano. To accompany the great flavors of autumn, we will have varieties of natural wines, sake, shochu, and more.
Guests with allergies or diet restrictions, please inform us a week before your reservation.
