This August, the door is open for a la carte menu at KOMB.

Usually, we close the restaurant for the summer vacation. Since I will be in Tokyo this summer, we will operate with an a la carte menu instead of a tasting menu.

Daily, we will have delicious mid-summer ingredients delivered, such as mizunasu eggplant, cucumbers, and sweet corn. Conger eel, horse mackerel, to summer mushrooms.

Please stop by casually and enjoy a different style of KOMB for August. We will have cold sakes and natural wines to accompany your summer evenings. The hours are from 5 pm to 9 pm last call.

いよいよ、京都の辻さんから筍が届きます。
ジューシーで香り良く、真っ白で大きな筍。
待ちに待った花山椒も届いて、わたしの大好きな季節がやってきます。

4月は、なんといっても筍と花山椒の鍋です。
お肉は、猪。
甘くスッと溶ける猪の脂が、筍の甘さと花山椒のしびれとあわさって、
至福の時間が訪れます。
コースの前半は、春が香る山菜と海の幸を、満喫していただきます。

〆のごはんは、たっぷりの筍に桜エビのかき揚げを合わせて。
お甘は、桜もちからヒントをもらったお菓子を作ります。

春の最後の輝き。
みなさまとゆるりと楽しめたら嬉しいです。

弥生のKOMB

春一番がふき、陽の光りが心地よく
蓄える冬の季節から
ふわりと芽生える季節へ

筍やタラの芽などの山菜が
少しずつKOMBに届くようになります。
海の幸は、桜鱒や貝が美味しい季節。

冬の終わりを告げ　春の始まり

鍋は、さまざまな貝と山菜で
貝からでたお出汁は、絶品です。

〆のごはんは、桜鱒とそら豆ごはん。

心の底に、小さな春が芽吹く音を一緒に味わえたら幸いです。

先付けからお椀、焼き物、お鍋から甘味まで、10皿のコース。
お料理に合わせた日本酒、焼酎、サワー、ナチュールワインもご用意しています。
アレルギーや苦手なものなどおありの方は、遠慮なくお申し付けください。
2日前までにご連絡頂けましたら、できる限り柔軟に対応いたします。

The autumn is in the air and we admire the moon.

Chestnuts are harvested and wild mushrooms grow in the mountains. Under the sea, crabs and oysters will enrich their flavors even more. In October at KOMB, we grill and simmer wild mushrooms, including Matsutake and Kotake, to bring the best of seasonal flavors to you.

A course menu of 9 seasonal dishes including starters, soup, hotpot, and Kuri Donabe Rice with chestnuts from Obuse, Nagano. To accompany the great flavors of autumn, we will have varieties of natural wines, sake, shochu, and more.

Guests with allergies or diet restrictions, please inform us a week before your reservation.

今年のGWをきっかけに始まった、Trattorìa KOMB
(不定期開催)

無類のパスタ好きの店主が、趣味のイタリアンをつくります。 ホームパーティーのような気分で
北海道や松本から、美味しい天然きのこのお知らせが続々と届いてます。
そのきのこを使って、手打ちパスタやアンティパストなど、
店主が好きなものをふるまいます。
今回は、前回ご要望が多かったコースでお待ちしております。

KOMBのいつも、KOMBの食事に寄り添うLingenfelderのワイン。
彼のワインは、すっと綺麗でありつつ
作り手の表情が思い浮かぶ、あたたかいワインです。

Lingenfelder 本人の来日にちなんで、
KOMB初のワインペアリング会を10/23に開催します。

たくさんの秋の実りと山の幸をKOMBらしく和にしたて、
美味しいLingenfelder のワインと一緒に8品のコースをご用意します。

そして、Lingenfelder の輸入元であるKlein aber Wein代表のハルキさんを、
この会の案内人にとして迎えます。
親交が深い2人からワインのディープなことから楽しいお話まで、皆さんを秋の美味しい時間にご案内します。

店主が出張料理をしてた10年くらい前に、
ハルキさんと何度かペアリングの会をしたきっかけから、
今では、Klein aber WeinのワインをKOMBでは多く使っています。

人をワインの世界にグッと引き込むハルキさんのお話と、
Lingenfelder さんの生の声を聞きながら、
秋の夜長を一緒に味わいませんか。
