Learn how to make dashi broth, rice, miso soup and sushi; the basics
of Japanese meal and enjoy the lunch made all by yourself!
1.Date
Every Tues, Thurs and Sat 11:00am ~1:30pm (Reservation needed in advance)

3.Fee: ¥16,500 per person (tax included)
With an interpreter guide (English), additional ¥7,700 per person will be needed(tax included)
*The fee includes the cooking ingredients and the material cost.
*We have 3 kinds of sake ready for you that goes with the dishes at extra charge.
4.Class procedure:
①Learn how to make delicious authentic dashi broth. Taste and compare different kinds of dashi.
②Learn making miso soup with the savory dashi.
③Learn cooking perfect rice.
④Learn how to make sushi vinegar.
⑤Learn how to make nigirizushi. (Seasonal fish, sea urchin, tuna etc.)
⑥Learn how to make Sushi Rolls ( Sushi rolls, Inside-out rolls, Mackerel rolls etc.)
⑦Lunch Time!

Fine Print
The minimum number of participants will be 2 people. Cancellation 1 week in advance: 100% Children must be 10 years old or older to participate. Participation by children under the age of 9 is not permitted. If you would like to rent it out, please indicate so. (Participation fees are negotiable)
How to Redeem
If you will be late for the start time, please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late for the start time. When the start time arrives, there will be other customers, so we will start first.
