▪ Reservations for restaurants only are accepted up to 2 months in advance. If you would like to stay, please make a reservation from the L'Hotel du Lac homepage.
▪ You will need to enter your credit card information to make a reservation. Only when canceling, the cancellation fee will be charged from the registered card. (Payment will be accepted on the day of the event)
▪ Please note that we may not be able to meet your request regarding seat selection.
▪ We are an international restaurant, if you feel comfortable with some English, please let us know in the request column.
▪ For reservations for 5 people or more, please contact the store directly. [Caution]
▪ SOWER does not have meals or chairs for children. We only accept reservations for children who can enjoy the same course meals as adults.
▪ At our restaurant, meals will start all at once. If you are late for the reservation time, we may not be able to prepare all the dishes.

▪ If you cannot contact us after the reservation time of 15 minutes, we may be treated as a cancellation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.
▪ Cancellation fee will be charged from 48 hours (2 days) before reservation. 48 hours ago (2 days ago): 50% 24 hours ago (1 day ago): 100%
