[Afternoon Tea Exclusive to the Christmas Season]
The top tier features a pistachio cheese cream tart shaped like a Christmas tree and a strawberry blancmange finished in the style of a cocktail.
A strawberry mille-feuille decorated with a white chocolate ribbon is lined up, just like a Christmas present.
The middle tier features a croissant sandwich with fresh apple, honey, and Spanish Serrano ham.
The bottom tier features grilled vegetable cheese gratin and pinchos with olives, prosciutto, and cream cheese. Finally, roast beef made from flavorful lean beef shoulder is paired with a fragrant, mellow balsamic sauce with just the right amount of acidity.
