Local Gastronomy Connected to the Region
Our restaurant allows you to enjoy ingredients and stories with all your senses, while overlooking the borrowed scenery that reflects the life of the satoyama (countryside).
We use ingredients delivered directly from local producers, as well as wild herbs and mountain vegetables harvested from our garden, served fresh.
Learn from the local food culture and savor each dish prepared in a way that brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients. Come experience the connection between nature and people—take the Ome Line and visit us.

Business Hours
◾️ By reservation only, open on Fridays and Sundays.
◾️ The duration for enjoying the entire meal is approximately 90 minutes.

◾️ The Okutama “Time” Lunch Course features seasonal dishes made with local ingredients.

Reservations
◾️ Reservations are accepted up to two months in advance.
◾️ Credit card information is required at the time of booking. Cancellation fees will only be charged to the registered card if you cancel. (Payment is made on site on the day of your visit.)

Changes to Reservations
◾️ We do not accept changes to the number of guests or dates via phone or email. Please cancel your reservation and make a new one via TableCheck.

Cancellations
◾️ Cancellation fees apply as follows: 30% from 3 days prior, 50% from 2 days prior, and 100% on the day of the reservation or the day before.

Important Notes for Reservations
◾️ Meals start simultaneously, so please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in incomplete meal service or, if we cannot reach you, your reservation may be treated as canceled.
◾️ There is no age restriction, but we do not provide children’s menus or high chairs.

By Train
From central Tokyo, please take the JR Ome Line arriving at Furusato Station at 11:25 (11:42 on weekends and holidays).

By Car
Limited free parking (4 spaces) on site and nearby municipal paid parking are available; public transportation is recommended.
