Regarding Reservations
Seating Requests
● We will do our best to accommodate seating preferences; however, we cannot guarantee that requests will always be fulfilled.
Reservations with Children
● Children who are able to enjoy the same course menu as adults should be included in the adult guest count when making a reservation.
● For children of elementary school age or younger, we offer a meat sauce pasta set (served with soup and juice).
→ If you wish to order this set, please specify it in the “special requests” section at the time of reservation.
● Infants are welcome at lunchtime at all tables, and at dinnertime in private rooms only. If you will be accompanied by an infant, please note this in the “special requests” section or contact the restaurant directly. Please note that depending on the number of children, we may not be able to accommodate your request.
● Strollers are limited to one per party.

Use of Private Rooms
● Private rooms can accommodate up to 6 guests.
● A private room fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) will be charged.

Bringing Your Own Wine (Corkage Policy)
● A corkage fee of ¥2,200 (tax included) per bottle will be charged.
● Please refrain from bringing aged or vintage wines.
● Guests may be asked to pour the wine themselves.
● Regardless of the number of bottles, glassware is limited to three glasses per person.
● If you wish to bring your own wine, please be sure to indicate this in the “special requests” section when making your reservation.
(If advance notice is not provided, we may decline to open the bottle.)
Reservation Cancellations
Our restaurant has established the following cancellation policy.
For cancellations or reductions in the number of guests, cancellation fees will be charged based on the time remaining before the reservation time.
For guests who have reserved a course menu, the fee will be calculated as the course price × the number of guests.
Within 24 hours / No-show: 100% of the reservation fee
Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
“Seat-only” Reservations (No Course Selected)
For reservations without a predetermined course, the restaurant’s designated standard course price will be applied as the minimum charge. Cancellation fees will be calculated as follows:
Within 48 hours: 50%
Within 24 hours: 100%
(Reference prices:
Lunch: ¥3,000 × number of guests
Dinner: ¥7,000 × number of guests)
Changes in the Number of Guests
Any reduction in the number of guests will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the same cancellation fees.
A Request from Sillage
● If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may be forced to treat your reservation as a cancellation. If you expect to be late, please be sure to contact us in advance.
