▶Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your seating request.
▶We only have a rotation system for reservations at 5:00 p.m. (The reservation is scheduled to end at 7:30 p.m.)
▶If we are unable to contact you 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may have to cancel your reservation, so please be sure to contact us if you are late.

▶About cancellations and changes in number of people
For cancellations and changes in number of people, we will charge the course fee selected at the time of reservation as a cancellation fee as follows.

・Cancellation or change 72 hours (3 days) or less before the reservation time: 50% of the course fee
・Cancellation or change 48 hours (2 days) or less before the reservation time: 100% of the course fee

If you wish to change the details of your reservation (date, time, number of people, etc.), you will need to cancel your current reservation and make a new reservation.

We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask for your understanding in advance.

▶If there is an error in the phone number or email address you provided when making the reservation, your reservation may be canceled. Please make sure to enter the correct phone number and email address.
▶Please note that we may not be able to accept future reservations from customers who do not contact us and are unable to come to the store.

▶Regarding children's entry
Due to our store policy, we only accept reservations from children aged 12 and over.

※Please refrain from using perfume or hair styling products with strong scents. Please note that we may refuse entry to you.

Please let us know the details of any other allergies or dislikes. We may not be able to accommodate on the day.
