▶ Please note that requests for specific seating arrangements cannot be accommodated.
▶ If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, we may unfortunately have to cancel your reservation. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
▶ For groups of 5 or more people or those wishing to reserve the entire venue, please contact the restaurant directly.
Please refrain from wearing perfumes with strong scents when visiting.

▶ For course reservations, a 100% cancellation fee applies if canceled less than 36 hours in advance; for reservations involving only seating, the same fee applies if canceled less than 24 hours in advance.

▶ Please inform us of any changes or cancellations to your reservation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled date.

▶ Regarding children’s admission
We do not provide child chairs, so please keep this in mind.
Additionally, if you plan to bring a stroller, please let us know how many you’ll be bringing.

If you have any allergenic ingredients, please indicate them including those for your companions.

※For requests for shojin cuisine, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free meals, please make a reservation at least 3 days in advance.
※We use fish and shellfish broth, so guests who cannot consume broth must inform us in advance.
We cannot accommodate requests if you cannot eat soy sauce.
※Requests made after the deadline cannot be fulfilled. Please understand.

If there are none, it would be appreciated if you could write “None”.

We do not have high chairs for children. Thank you for your understanding. Also, if you would like to visit us with a stroller, please let us know how many.
