Hidekazu Tsuji

Tsuji entered the bar industry during his university years. After graduating, he trained at Gion FINLANDIA BAR in Kyoto, then went on to serve as bar manager at ANNIE HALL BAR.

In March 2020, he opened his own bar, Scotch & Branch, specializing in Scotch whisky and cocktails.

With deep knowledge of single malt whisky, he also holds the Whisky Professional certification.

He is currently a brand ambassador for Bushmills the world’s oldest licensed whiskey distillery where he is dedicated to sharing the appeal of Bushmills with a wider audience.
