This event requires advance reservations only.
Therefore, cancellation fees will be applied in the following manner for any cancellations or changes to the number of attendees:

• Up to 7 days before the scheduled date: No fee
• 6 days before the scheduled date up to the day of the event: 100% of the meal cost

※ To allow as many guests as possible to participate, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
※ In case of illness or other unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to contact us via email at “party.sodoh@plandosee.co.jp”.

② Name entered during reservation (katakana or kanji must be used exactly as provided)
