Our restaurant operates on a 2-hour time limit for both lunch and dinner.

If you would like a window seat, please refer to the following time slots:

Lunch
・Weekdays <3 sittings>: 11:00 / 12:00 / 13:30

→ Window seats are available for reservations at 11:00 and 13:30.

Please note that seating may be adjusted depending on the course content, number of guests, and the situation on the day.

・Weekends and Holidays <2 sittings>: 11:00 / 13:30

→ Window seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, depending on the course content and number of guests.

Dinner (4 sittings) *Same every day
・17:00 / 18:00 / 19:30 / 20:30
→ Window seats are prioritized for 17:00 and 19:30.

*Depending on the time, you may be seated in the second row or further back, but
you can enjoy the view from all seats.

*Please note that we do not accept seat requests.

▶️Cancellation and Reservation Change Policy
Cancellations or reductions in the number of people on the day of the reservation will incur a charge due to course preparation arrangements.
If we do not receive contact from you more than 30 minutes before your reservation time, we will unfortunately have to refuse entry as it will be difficult to provide the course.

Regarding Allergy Accommodations

At our restaurant, we prioritize the safety of our customers. Therefore, we only accommodate allergies for customers who have clearly specified food allergies they cannot consume, and only for those who have declared their allergies in advance at the time of reservation.

In the past, there have been cases where discrepancies between pre-declared information and the actual situation affected customers' health. Therefore, we currently handle allergies based on the following criteria.

If you require allergy accommodations, please provide as much detail as possible when making your reservation.

* Number of people affected
* Name of the food allergen
* Severity of symptoms (e.g., whether heating is acceptable, whether extracts/broths are acceptable, whether trace amounts are acceptable)

[Example]

* 1 out of 2 people: Shellfish allergy (shrimp/crab / extracts/broths/trace amounts are also unacceptable)
* 1 out of 3 people: Egg allergy (cooked eggs are acceptable, raw/soft-boiled eggs are unacceptable)

If necessary information is not provided or the details are unclear, we may not be able to accommodate your allergy request.


Furthermore, we may contact you by phone or SMS in advance to confirm the details and determine whether we can accommodate your request.

Please note that we cannot accept requests that require significant changes to the course content, such as dairy allergies, onion allergies (leeks, onions, garlic, etc.), vegan/vegetarian diets, or gluten-free diets, regardless of the reason.

We also cannot accommodate requests made after booking, on the day of your visit, or additions/changes to information provided in advance.

If the information provided in advance is insufficient or inaccurate, we cannot guarantee safe service, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting health problems.
