Our allergy accommodations are limited to the following conditions.
Safety is our top priority, and we only accommodate allergies if the specific ingredient(s) you cannot eat are clearly stated when making your reservation.
Our current safety standards were established based on past experiences where customers became ill due to discrepancies between their stated ingredients and the actual condition.
When requesting allergy accommodations, please provide as much detail as possible when making your reservation, including the number of affected guests, the specific ingredients, and the severity of the symptoms (e.g., whether or not the ingredient can be cooked, whether or not trace amounts are acceptable).
[Example]
- One person in a group of two: No shellfish (shrimp or crab) (no extracts, broth, or even trace amounts)
- One person in a group of three: Egg allergy (cooked eggs are acceptable, but raw or soft-boiled eggs are not)
If the required information is not provided or is unclear, we may be unable to accommodate your request.
In such cases, we may contact you in advance by phone or SMS to confirm the details and determine whether we can accommodate your request.
Please note that we cannot accommodate requests that require significant changes to the course menu, such as dairy allergies, allergies to leeks, onions, garlic, etc., vegan/vegetarian options, or gluten-free options, regardless of the reason.
Furthermore, we cannot accommodate requests made after your reservation or on the day of your visit, or requests for additions or changes that differ from those originally stated.
If the information provided in advance is insufficient or inaccurate, we cannot guarantee a safe meal, and we cannot be held responsible for any resulting illness or other illnesses.
Your online reservation will be deemed to have been completed with your consent.
Thank you for your understanding.
