It represents the fusion of simple yet skillfully crafted cooking methods like straw grilling, which requires exquisite control of heat, with the freedom of unconventional expression to introduce a new culinary culture.

・During busy times or depending on the reservation status, we may limit the use of your table to 2 hours.
