ALL DAY DINING Rakku will be offering "Unaju" (eel rice bowl) and "Unagi Sushi" (eel sushi), which were very popular last year, for a limited time this year as well. We use thick, plump domestic eels. We use eels with a refined taste that is not overpowering, creating a satisfying dish.
