[What is 0.3% Kobe Beef?]
Approximately 6,000 Kobe beef heads are distributed domestically each year, but due to breeding improvements, delicious Kobe beef has gradually disappeared from the market.
Concerned about the future potential of Kobe beef, our in-house buyers carefully select and purchase Kobe beef from producers with whom we have established strong relationships of trust to ensure quality before it is auctioned.
Approximately 18 heads are purchased annually, accounting for 0.3% of the total (18 heads/6,000 heads).
This is the origin of our specialty, [0.3% Kobe Beef].

Like wine, Kobe beef is selected based on the producer rather than the place of origin, overturning the image of "sirloin = fatty." Sirloin is high-quality lean meat, so use every part of the body to enjoy the flavor, aroma, and lingering aftertaste.
