The sashimi platter features amberjack, horse mackerel, and mackerel, which can only be caught in the Kuroshio Current, and offers 5 types of sashimi depending on the day's fishing situation! Wagyu is made from black beef from Kagoshima, which is considered the best in Japan. After slaughter, each part is aged for 40 days in an aging warehouse before being cooked over charcoal!
