●Reservations can be made from 12:00 PM, 30 days prior to the reservation date, until 30 minutes before your scheduled visit time.
●When entering your name, please make sure that the kanji and phonetic spelling match.
For example, if the kanji name is "Yamada Taro" but the phonetic spelling is entered as "FC Hiroshi,"
it may take longer to locate your reservation, and you may be placed at the end of the admission queue.
●If you wish to cancel your reservation, please complete the cancellation procedure via your reservation confirmation email.
●Customers who fail to arrive without completing the cancellation procedure may be refused future reservations.
●This establishment is a place to enjoy the world of the collaboration. If our staff determine that any behavior or conversation is inappropriate, you may be asked to change seats or leave the establishment. Thank you for your understanding.
●「On Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and during events, the store is expected to be very crowded. In order to allow as many customers as possible to enjoy their visit, we may refuse reservations for a second or subsequent visit on the same day.
